The Dance and Drill Coaches Association is offering some dynamic raffle items this month to raise funds for our 2023-2024 scholarships!
Each year, scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors in the areas of academic excellence, dance talent, and diversity excellence scholarships! Also, opportunity scholarships can be granted to any students who show need for extra financial aid in order to participate on a dance team. Since 2000, the DDCA has provided nearly 500 scholarships totaling approximately $375,000 in support for graduating seniors to pursue their post high school academic and dance goals, and for current dancers to be able to afford their high school dance team fees. The DDCA would love to continue to do so with your help. Take a chance, buy a raffle entry, and maybe win an amazing prize!!! The raffle will conclude with drawing winners on December 9th at the DDCA Invitational.
Our giveaway/donation campaign is all done online through our DDCA Betterworld fundraising page. For a chance to win, we have both sliding scale entries for most prizes. For each dollar donated on a particular prize, the donor receives one entry. Donate $10, and you get 10 raffle entries for that prize. Other prizes of higher value will be a set price per entry. All donations and entries received will be directly added to the scholarship fund after the Betterworld fee is calculated. Please consider covering the transaction fee with your purchase of giveaway entries.
