Pricing

The DDCA is offering earlybird pricing for those of you who like to make plans early.  

Attendees can either purchase the FULL CONFERENCE & BANQUET or just the AWARDS BANQUET ONLY.

• DDCA Conference AND Banquet fee before March 10:  $125.00 per person  ***Early registration gets to enter drawing for PRIZES!!!***
• DDCA Conference AND Banquet fee after March 10:  $145 per person
• DDCA Awards Banquet ONLY:  $35 per person

***To receive the discounted fee, payment must be made and received by DDCA by March 10, 2024***

Early bird PAID registration enters you into a drawing for PRIZES

For DDCA members who submit payment before March 10, 2024, the ticket-holders will also be entered into a drawing for some fabulous prizes.

Prizes include:

• Pro Action Camp for one dancer
• Thunderbird Dance camp Coaches camp fee
• More prizes will be collected and shared soon!!!

Updates and more specific schedules and offerings will be added as they become confirmed.

The conference schedule will include both movement and informative classes that relate to the many things we do as coaches, judges, and mentors.

• 7:30am - 3:00pm - DDCA Spring Conference at Canby High School
• 3:00pm - 5:30pm - DDCA Spring Membership Meeting at Canby High School - Anyone can attend, payment not necessary.
• 6:00pm - 8:00pm - DDCA Awards Banquet - Antonia Ballroom - 221 N. Grant St. Canby, OR 97013

DDCA Conference fee includes the Awards Banquet for one fee.  One can purchase banquet only if desired (no conference).

Each person in attendance of either event (coach/member/judge/friend) must have paid the appropriate fees for the event they are attending.

The DDCA Board looks forward to celebrating our season with the wonderful coaches and judges that make up our membership.  We also hope to share many of  the great things that can enhance our programs, revive our collaborations, and prepare us for a wonderful 2024-25 season.
