The DDCA Board looks forward to celebrating our season with the wonderful coaches and judges that make up our membership.  We also hope to share many of the great things that can enhance our programs, revive our collaborations, and prepare us for a wonderful 2024-25 season.

Dr. Chelsea Pierotti

Chelsea was trained as a studio dancer in the Denver area, and spent summers training with professional ballet companies, finishing her performance career as a professional ballet dancer in Colorado. Chelsea was also a successful high school dance coach forover a decade. She won multiple State Championship titles and was recognized asColorado’s Dance Coach of the Year and twice as the National Dance CoachesAssociation’s Associate of the Year. Outside of coaching, Chelsea also has a Ph.D. inSport Psychology and is a Teaching Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Chelsea currently runs a company providing online and in-person educational resources for dancers and dance educators including digital courses, memberships, andworkshops to help you learn and thrive. She specializes in education for dance teachers and coaches in many areas of mental skills including confidence, resilience, motivation, mindset, and leadership. Jordan Isadore

Jordan Isadore is a dancer/choreographer originally from Northern California. He received his B.F.A. in Dance from California State University Long Beach in 2009. Upon relocating to New York in 2011, Isadore danced for Shen Wei Dance Arts and has performed at Lincoln Center, The Kennedy Center, Mariinsky Theater, throughout China, South America and Europe. Additionally, he has performed works by Christopher Williams, Andrea Miller, Sydney Skybetter, Alex Ketley, Barak Marshall, Alexandra Pirici, as well as others. His own work has been presented at The Museum of Arts & Design, 92nd Street Y, Joe’s Pub, Madame Tussauds, and The American Dance Festival. Isadore has appeared on the Conan O’Brien Show with musical artist Blood Orange, in addition to performing movement direction for Solange Knowles at the 2017 Panorama Music Festival.

Chelsea Godon - Ellove Technique

Chelsea Godon began her dance journey at the age of 3 and fell in love with ballet and jazz at her studio in Silverton. She was a varsity dancer for Silverton Dance Team in high school and continued to expand competitively and in the studio. She later fell in love with other dance styles when she moved to Eugene at 18, including burlesque and heels. Chelsea became a certified Ellové instructor in 2019 which sparked her passion for fitness, injury prevention and cross training for dancers. Chelsea currently teaches at Rebelle Movement Studio and The Downtown Athletic Club in Eugene and is a choreographer and dancer for Rebelle Burlesque and Elite Dance Company.
