ABOUT THE DDCA
The Dance Drill Coaches Association of Oregon (DDCA) is a membership-based organization serving dance programs and dance coaches throughout the state. The DDCA sponsors the All State Dance Team, provides scholarships, hosts the Fall Category Championship competition, and oversees all local dance competitions leading up to the State Championship.
The DDCA Board of Directors meets on the first Wednesday of each month (excluding July and August) at 6:30 PM. During these work sessions, the board is able to address membership concerns, questions, and ideas, as well as plan, execute, and debrief on events such as Category Championships, Fall Conference, All-State, and the OSAA State Competition. Meeting minutes are posted to the website and emailed to the membership on a monthly basis. DDCA members may attend regularly scheduled board meetings. Please let us know in advance if you plan to attend. For more information about the roles of DDCA Board Members, please review Board Responsibilities, Part 4 of the DDCA Manual.
