DDCA Board of Directors Meetings
The Board of Directors, the elected governing body of the DDCA, meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm. During these work sessions the Board is able to address membership concerns, questions and ideas. As well as plan, execute and debrief on events such as Category Championships, Fall Conference, All-State and the OSAA State Competition. Meeting minutes are posted to the website for the membership to read on a monthly basis. When requested, DDCA members are allowed to attend scheduled board meetings. For more information about the roles of DDCA Board Members, please review the Board Responsibilities.
DDCA Membership Meetings
The entire DDCA Membership gathers three times per year at our DDCA Membership Meetings, namely the Fall, Winter, and Spring Membership Meetings. The Fall Membership Meeting is held on the last day of the Fall Coaches Conference (September or early October), the Winter Membership Meeting is held during All-State Auditions (January), and the Spring Membership Meeting is held after the State Championships (April). The Board of Directors facilitates these meetings, where we discuss important events and issues pertinent to the time of year, review finances, and vote on any proposed changes. It is important that ALL DDCA Members attend these meetings.
The 2017 DDCA Spring Membership Meeting will take place Saturday, April 22nd 2017 @ Canby H.S.

**Due to some last minute charges we were going to incur for our Spring Meeting location, we have changed locations for the meeting, to save the membership money. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We have found a school that is still on the I5 corridor and hope this helps. We look forward to seeing you at the Spring Meeting at Canby High School. **
